SITE TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Product descriptions or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion.
Shipping Policy:
– Weaving Of Our Moroccan rugs Takes from 3 to 6 weeks.
– The Shipping takes from 4 to 5 days after dispatch.
Rug Return Policy:
– Your rug must be in original condition and show no signs of wear.
– If you wish to return your rug, please get in touch via email within five days of receiving your carpet.
– Please return the undamaged rug to us within 14 days for a full refund.
– Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking fees:
buyer is responsible for 30% of the original price for restocking custom orders.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

INDEMNIFICATION

CHOICE OF LAW
These Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Moroccan kingdom, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the Moroccan kingdom laws.

THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE CONTENT OR THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SIT’S ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS OR RELIABILITY.
